Lifetime Warranty

Perma-Cool^® heat exchanger units are warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects while in the possession of the original owner, and on the vehicle on which it is originally installed. If the product proves to be defective, return the coil prepaid with a copy of your sales slip and other information concerning date and place of purchase to Perma-Cool^®. If upon examination by Perma-Cool^® the unit is found to be a defect by us, it will be replaced without charge. Excludes all coils used for water cooling.

Limited Warranty

Perma-Cool^® provides a limited warranty on manufactured items not covered by the lifetime warranty to give satisfactory performance for their intended purposes for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Neither manufacturer nor seller shall be liable for any injury, loss, damage or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from the installation or use of these products or the inability to use same. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for the intended installation, use or application, and purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities whatsoever in connection therewith.

Perma-Cool^® reserves the right to make product changes at any time. The changes will be made without any obligation to change or modify any products previously manufactured. Perma-Cool^® reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
